Important: Dashubs is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, handle transactions, or guarantee the quality of products, services, or events listed on our platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 12 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our Service is currently available in Malaysia only. By using our Service, you confirm you are accessing it from Malaysia.

3.3 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You must verify your phone number to use the Service

• One account per person is allowed

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

4.3 Content Standards

All content you post must be:

• Accurate and truthful

• Your own or properly licensed

• Appropriate and respectful

• Compliant with Malaysian laws

• Free from viruses or malicious code

5. Listings and Transactions

5.1 Product and Event Listings

• You are solely responsible for your listings

• Ensure all information is accurate and complete

• You may upload up to 5 images or videos per listing

• Listings must comply with our content policies

5.2 Transaction Process

• Dashubs facilitates initial contact between buyers and sellers

• All negotiations, payments, and delivery arrangements are between you and the other party

• We recommend using our in-app messaging for all communications

• Meeting in safe, public locations is strongly advised

5.3 No Transaction Guarantee

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items

• We do not process payments or handle refunds

• We are not responsible for transaction disputes

• Users engage in transactions at their own risk

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Free Service

• The Dashubs app is completely free to download and use

• Creating an account is free

• Listing products and events is free

• Basic messaging is free

• No third-party advertisements are displayed

6.2 Promotional Features

• Certain promotional features may require payment

• Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase

• All promotional fees are non-refundable

• Promotional features are subject to availability

7. User Verification and Safety

7.1 Verification Process

• Phone number verification is required

• We do not verify user identity or seller credentials beyond phone verification

• Seller verification badges are basic indicators only

• Users are responsible for their own due diligence

7.2 Safety Features

• Block users you don't want to interact with

• Report inappropriate content or users

• Use in-app messaging for transparency

• Meet in safe, public locations for transactions

8. Content Moderation

8.1 Automated Moderation

• We use automated systems to filter inappropriate content

• Not all content is manually reviewed

• False positives may occur in automated filtering

8.2 User Reports

• Users can report violations or inappropriate content

• We investigate reported content and may take action

• Actions may include content removal or account suspension

8.3 Our Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that:

• Violates these Terms

• Is reported by users

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• These Terms survive termination where applicable

10. Intellectual Property
